It's called specto fork, there is probably a better way to install it but I did it by adding super repo because there's other content there I wanted to add. I began using specto-fork and its actually awesome. Specto here with RwalDebrid streaming support. Works every time with my Raspberry Pi 3 and LibreELEC 8. Phoenix for kodi is also great.
